Flinta Publishing House has published a collective monograph, “Medialinguistics in the Digital Age,” based on materials from the roundtable discussion “Discursive Modeling in Contemporary Medialinguistics: Natural, Emotional, and Artificial Intelligence.” The collective monograph is devoted to the development of medialinguistics in the modern digital age. Media communication is the dominant form of communication, both socially and personally. The digital age is changing our understanding of dialogue, its participants, and communicative situations. Direct communication is becoming mediated by new media technologies. The book explores the most important aspects of medialinguistics, which studies new communicative practices in the media, the transmission of value meanings through media, and the development and evolution of discursive formations.
