For the attention of the international participants! The organizers of the First Eurasian Congress of Linguists are making efforts to provide visa support to the participants. We will contact everyone who asked for visa support in the participant questionnaire for more information and instruct you as to the procedure of Russian visa application. Please wait for our instructions.

The main venue of the First Eurasian Congress of Linguists:
‘President Hotel’, Moscow, 24 Bolshaya Yakimanka St. (nearest metro station Polyanka, Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line).
The President Hotel operates on the basis of access control. In-person attendance at the congress events is only possible for registered participants according to pre-approved lists.
How to Get from the “Alpha” Hotel in Izmailovo to the “President-Hotel” by Metro
The journey takes approximately 40 minutes.
- By Metro:
– From the “Alpha” Hotel, walk to the Partizanskaya metro station. The station is a 2–3 minute walk from the hotel.
– Take the train heading toward the city center and travel to Arbatskaya station (8 stops).
– At Arbatskaya, transfer to Borovitskaya station.
– At Borovitskaya, board a southbound train and travel to Polyanka station (1 stop). - Exiting at Polyanka Station:
– The walk from the metro will take 10 minutes. Exit at Polyanka station and turn right onto 2nd Polyansky Lane.
– Walk to Malaya Polyanka Street and turn right toward Brodnikov Lane.
– Follow Brodnikov Lane to Bolshaya Yakimanka Street. The “President-Hotel” is directly across the street. Use the pedestrian underpass located slightly to the right, further up the street, to cross to the hotel.

Participants will be provided with lunches over the period of the congress.
In-person participation of audience members is limited and needs prior arrangement. If you want to attend the event as an observer, please submit a request to the secretariat. Also, an online broadcast of the events will be available.
Recommendations for Sightseeing
Near “Alpha” Hotel:
Izmailovsky Kremlin and Vernissage. A colorful complex in the style of ancient Russian architecture. Here, you can buy souvenirs, visit museums, and explore craft workshops. Located a 10-minute walk away.
Izmailovsky Park. One of the largest parks in Moscow, ideal for walks and outdoor activities. It is located just across from the hotel, a 5-minute walk away.
Izmailovo Estate. The historical estate of the Romanov dynasty. Visitors can admire ancient buildings, visit the museum, and enjoy walks in picturesque surroundings. The walk takes about 15 minutes.
Near “President-Hotel”:
Tretyakov Gallery. A world-famous museum of Russian art, located a 10-minute walk away.
Gorky Park. A modern park with cafes, exhibitions, and walking areas, about a 15-minute walk away.
Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. The main cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church, reachable in 15 minutes on foot.
