FIRST EURASIAN CONGRESS OF LINGUISTS
The Congress is held on the initiative of the Institute of Linguistics RAS with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The event commemorates the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

CONGRESS MISSION
To provide a venue where linguists from all over the world could share the results of their research and present their findings addressing the most topical issues of language studies.
One of the objectives of the Congress is to introduce young scholars to the latest advances in the language sciences in all their diversity. Broader audiences will be able to enjoy public discussions on socially important aspects of linguistics during the Congress as well.
